Cyndi Stewart, PHD, TEG Owner, Consultant, Coach

Cyndi brings a unique and holistic approach to HR consulting, integrating her extensive experience in organizational development with a deep understanding of leadership, wellbeing, and change at the organizational and individual level. With a career spanning over 20+ years, Cyndi has a proven track record of success in senior HR leadership roles across various industries. She created Transforming Elements Group (TEG) 10 years ago and has been serving companies in since then.

Her areas of expertise include talent management, succession planning, change management, leadership coaching, and the design and delivery of engaging training programs. She is passionate about fostering positive organizational cultures, driving employee engagement, and empowering individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.  

Cyndi is certified in many areas such as DISC Assessment l  360° Feedback l  New Manager Assimilation Trainer l  Targeted Selection Trainer – DDI l  Leading People Trainer and Leadership Coaching.

In addition to her HR background, Cyndi is also a skilled educator, coach, and facilitator, with certifications in areas such as Mind-Body Wellness, Yoga, and Transformational Coaching. This diverse skill set allows her to offer a comprehensive and integrated approach to coaching and consulting, addressing both the organizational and individual aspects of success. Cyndi holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy in Organizational Performance, Learning and Change from Colorado State University.
